The Business Consultant engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following services to the client, all conducted primarily at the client's premises in Ethiopia Addis Ababa and at our firm's office on Bole Road:

• Strategic Business Planning: Development of a five-year strategic roadmap aligned with Ethiopia's national economic transformation agenda and the client's sector-specific growth objectives.
• Operational Efficiency Audit: Comprehensive review of existing business processes, supply chain logistics, and internal workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Market Entry & Expansion Analysis: Feasibility study for expanding operations into regional markets within Ethiopia, including regulatory compliance assessment under Ethiopian Commercial Law and the Ethiopian Investment Commission guidelines.
• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Construction of detailed financial projections, cash flow models, and break-even analyses to support investment decisions and bank financing applications.
• Organizational Development: Design of an optimized organizational structure, role definitions, and performance management frameworks tailored to the Ethiopian business environment.
• Stakeholder & Government Relations Advisory: Guidance on navigating regulatory requirements, licensing, and engagement with relevant Ethiopian government agencies and trade associations in Addis Ababa.

Note: All amounts are in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). The 15% VAT is applied in accordance with the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority (ERCA) regulations. The total estimated duration of the Business Consultant engagement is twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract execution.
