5. Payment Terms
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) equal instalments: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the Operational Process Optimisation phase, and 30% upon final delivery of all reports and the closing board presentation. Invoices shall be payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Strategic Advisory Partners GmbH, Frankfurt am Main. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
6. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, fees and availability of the Business Consultant may be subject to revision.
- All work performed by the Business Consultant shall be conducted in accordance with the professional standards of the German Consulting Association and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR / DSGVO).
- The Business Consultant shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, trade secrets, and proprietary data encountered during the engagement in Germany Frankfurt. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
