- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing by the Business Consultant.
- All services described herein shall be performed by the named Business Consultant or, with prior written consent of the client, by qualified associates of Steinberger Strategy & Advisory GmbH. All on-site work will take place at the client's premises in Germany Munich unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the strategic plan deliverable (Item 02); 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of the comprehensive report (Item 06). Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt in accordance with German commercial law (HGB § 362).
