The following Quotation Estimate covers a comprehensive engagement where our Business Consultant will work directly with your leadership team in Ghana Accra to address the key business challenges identified during our initial discovery meeting on 28 May 2025. The scope includes strategic planning, operational process optimisation, financial modelling, stakeholder engagement, and implementation oversight over a twelve-month period.

• A mobilisation payment of 25% (GHS 95,450.00) is due within seven (7) business days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• Quarterly progress payments of 20% each (GHS 76,360.00) are due at the end of Months 3, 6, and 9.
• The final balance of 15% (GHS 57,270.00) is due upon delivery of the final Business Consultant report and project closeout in Month 12.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Strategic Vision Consulting Ltd., Ecobank Ghana, Account No. 0012-3456-7890, Accra Branch.
• Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Ghanaian commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Ghana Accra.
• All services will be delivered by a dedicated Business Consultant team based in Accra, with a minimum of three (3) on-site working days per week at the client's premises.
• The client agrees to provide timely access to all relevant financial records, operational data, and personnel necessary for the Business Consultant to perform the engagement effectively.
• Confidentiality: All information shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and protected under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
• Intellectual property generated specifically for the client during this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies and frameworks remain the property of Strategic Vision Consulting Ltd.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policy changes in Ghana, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Ghana Accra.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Mediation Act, 2010 (Act 799). If mediation fails, disputes shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement document.
