- Advance Payment: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (₹4,23,030) shall be payable within 7 working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate by the client.
- Milestone Payments: 40% shall be payable upon successful delivery and client sign-off of the Strategic Business Plan and Financial Model deliverables.
- Final Payment: The remaining 30% shall be payable upon completion of the 6-month implementation support and advisory retainer period.
- Monthly Retainer: The monthly advisory fee of ₹60,000 (plus applicable GST) shall be invoiced on the 1st of each month and is due within 15 days of invoice date.
- Mode of Payment: All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS to the Business Consultant firm's designated bank account in India New Delhi. Cheques shall be drawn in favor of "Mehta & Associates Business Consulting LLP."
- Late Payment: A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance beyond the stipulated due date, in accordance with Indian commercial practice.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Business Consultant reserves the right to revise the rates based on prevailing market conditions in India New Delhi.
- The Business Consultant shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, financial records, and proprietary information shared during the engagement. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
- All deliverables produced by the Business Consultant shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment of the Quotation Estimate amount.
- The Business Consultant is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the implementation of recommendations. The client assumes full responsibility for decisions made based on the advisory provided.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
- The Business Consultant reserves the right to assign qualified sub-consultants for specific tasks, provided the lead Business Consultant retains overall accountability for deliverables and quality.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or regulatory changes in India New Delhi, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a definitive Service Agreement is executed.
