This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule for the Business Consultant engagement:
- 30% advance payment (EUR 17,714.40) due upon signed acceptance of this quotation, prior to commencement of the Initial Diagnostic Phase.
- 40% interim payment (EUR 23,619.20) due at the midpoint of the engagement (end of Week 8).
- 30% final payment (EUR 17,714.40) due upon delivery of the final consolidated report and completion of all deliverables.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian law (Legge 296/2006).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees and availability of the Business Consultant are subject to re-evaluation.
- All services will be performed by a qualified Business Consultant with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in corporate strategy, operations, and financial advisory, specifically familiar with the regulatory and commercial environment of Italy Naples and the Campania region.
- The client agrees to provide timely access to all relevant documents, personnel, and facilities necessary for the execution of the consulting engagement.
- All intellectual property, reports, models, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment.
- Confidentiality: The Business Consultant and all associated personnel shall adhere to strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
