• Strategic Business Planning: Development of a five-year strategic roadmap aligned with your organizational vision, market positioning, and growth objectives within the Kenyan and East African markets.
• Operational Efficiency Audit: Comprehensive review of current business processes, supply chain logistics, and workforce utilization to identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
• Financial Modelling & Forecasting: Construction of detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and break-even analyses to support investment decisions and board-level reporting.
• Market Entry & Expansion Advisory: Research-driven guidance on entering new customer segments, negotiating with local and international partners, and navigating the regulatory landscape in Kenya Nairobi and the broader East African Community (EAC).
• Change Management & Organizational Development: Facilitation of leadership workshops, performance management framework design, and culture transformation programmes to sustain long-term growth.
• Compliance & Risk Advisory: Guidance on adherence to Kenyan corporate governance standards, the Companies Act 2015, data protection regulations (ODPC), and sector-specific compliance requirements.

• A non-refundable mobilization fee of 30% (KES 1,231,200) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement.
• 40% (KES 1,641,600) is payable upon completion of the Strategic Business Plan and Operational Audit deliverables.
• The remaining 30% (KES 1,231,200) is payable in equal monthly instalments over the six-month advisory retainer period.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our designated MCB or KCB account in Nairobi. Invoices will be issued in accordance with KRA eTIMS requirements.
• Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated under the Kenyan Interest Act.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
• The Business Consultant engagement is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) to be executed prior to commencement of work.
• All intellectual property, reports, models, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
• Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this engagement for a period of three (3) years, in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or civil unrest in Nairobi, shall suspend obligations without penalty.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, and failing that, through arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the MSA is fully executed.

• The client shall provide timely access to all relevant financial records, operational data, and key personnel for interviews and workshops.
• Costs for third-party services (legal opinions, certified audit, IT system licensing) are excluded and shall be billed at cost if engaged through us.
• Travel outside the Nairobi metropolitan area (e.g., Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret) will be quoted separately.
