4.1 Payment Schedule: A 30% advance payment (MAD 272,880.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced in monthly installments aligned with the project milestones outlined above. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the Business Consultant's designated account in Casablanca.
4.2 Currency: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). No foreign currency conversion shall apply unless mutually agreed in writing.
4.3 Late Payment: Overdue invoices shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Moroccan commercial law applicable in Casablanca.
4.4 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Business Consultant reserves the right to revise rates based on market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
4.5 Confidentiality: All information exchanged between the Business Consultant and the client during the engagement in Morocco Casablanca shall be treated as strictly confidential and protected under a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
