• Market Entry & Expansion Advisory: Comprehensive market research and feasibility studies for new product or service launches within the Yangon metropolitan area and surrounding townships.
• Operational Process Optimization: Assessment and redesign of internal business processes to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance service delivery standards.
• Regulatory & Compliance Guidance: Navigation of Myanmar's business registration, tax obligations, foreign investment laws, and industry-specific licensing requirements applicable in Yangon.
• Human Resource & Organizational Development: Design of performance management frameworks, leadership training programs, and workforce planning strategies suited to the local talent pool in Myanmar Yangon.
• Financial Modeling & Investment Analysis: Construction of detailed financial projections, cash flow models, and return-on-investment analyses to support board-level decision-making.

The total engagement period for the Business Consultant services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is approximately 24 weeks (6 months) from the date of contract execution. • The consulting firm shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the advice, recommendations, or deliverables provided by the Business Consultant.
• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to arbitration in Yangon under the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre.
• The client agrees to provide reasonable access to relevant personnel, data, and facilities in Myanmar Yangon to enable the Business Consultant to perform the services effectively.
