All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Strategic Advisory Ltd., First Bank of Nigeria, Victoria Island Branch, Nigeria Lagos. Account details will be provided on the official invoice.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
All services described in this Quotation Estimate will be delivered by a dedicated team led by a senior Business Consultant with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in the Nigerian corporate environment.
The client agrees to provide timely access to relevant personnel, data, and facilities necessary for the Business Consultant team to execute the engagement effectively.
Intellectual property rights in all deliverables (reports, models, blueprints) shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
Confidentiality: All information shared during the engagement will be treated as strictly confidential. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to commencement.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government policy changes, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Nigeria Lagos.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Nigeria Lagos, in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed the formal Service Agreement document.
