This Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month retainer engagement wherein our Business Consultant team will deliver the following services to M/s. Al-Rehman Textile Industries, operating out of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan:

• Strategic Business Planning: Development of a five-year corporate growth roadmap aligned with Pakistan's national economic policies and Karachi's industrial landscape, including the textile and export sectors.
• Operational Efficiency Audit: A thorough review of current manufacturing workflows, supply chain logistics within Karachi's port and industrial zones, and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
• Market Expansion Advisory: Guidance on entering new domestic and international markets, leveraging Karachi's position as Pakistan's primary commercial and financial hub.
• Regulatory & Compliance Consulting: Assistance with SECP filings, FBR tax optimization, Sindh Industrial Development Authority (SIDA) permits, and compliance with Pakistan's labor and environmental regulations.
• Human Capital & Organizational Design: Restructuring recommendations, leadership development programs, and performance management frameworks suited to the Karachi workforce market.
• Financial Modeling & Investment Readiness: Preparation of investor-grade financial models, feasibility studies, and due diligence documentation for potential equity or debt financing.
• Monthly Advisory Sessions: Four on-site consultation sessions per month at the client's Karachi premises, supplemented by unlimited email and telephone support.

* All rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The above Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any third-party government fees, stamp duties, or notary charges that may be incurred during the engagement in Pakistan Karachi.

• 25% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Master Service Agreement.
• Remaining 75% payable in equal quarterly installments (25% per quarter) within 15 days of the invoice date.
• Payments to be made via bank transfer to Apex Strategic Advisory (Pvt.) Ltd., Meezan Bank, Clifton Branch, Karachi, Pakistan. Account No: 0045-8821-3367-9901.
• A late payment penalty of 2% per month will apply to overdue invoices as per standard commercial practice in Pakistan.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
• The Business Consultant engagement is governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) to be executed prior to commencement of services. The MSA shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi under the Arbitration Act, 1940.
• All deliverables, reports, and strategic documents produced under this engagement shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all business information exchanged during the course of this Business Consultant engagement, as detailed in the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) annexed to the MSA.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such an event, fees for services rendered up to the termination date shall be payable in full.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned.
