• Operational Efficiency Audit: A thorough review of current supply chain operations, warehouse management systems, and distribution networks operating within the Jeddah port corridor and surrounding industrial zones.
• Regulatory Compliance Advisory: Guidance on all applicable Saudi Arabian commercial regulations, including but not limited to the Companies Law, Zakat and Tax Authority (ZATCA) obligations, and the new Foreign Investment regulations effective in the Kingdom.
• Market Entry and Expansion Strategy: Analysis of competitive positioning within the Saudi Arabia Jeddah commercial ecosystem, identification of untapped market segments, and formulation of actionable expansion plans.
• Organizational Development: Assessment of internal governance structures, leadership capabilities, and workforce planning to support sustainable growth in the Saudi market.
• Technology and Digital Transformation Advisory: Recommendations for adopting digital tools and automation solutions suited to the logistics and trading operations in Jeddah.

• Advance Payment: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate value (SAR 97,980.00) due upon signing of the service agreement and issuance of the purchase order.
• Milestone Payments: 40% (SAR 130,640.00) payable in two equal installments upon completion of the Operational Efficiency Audit and the Market Entry Strategy deliverables, respectively.
• Final Payment: 30% (SAR 97,980.00) due upon delivery and acceptance of the Final Consolidated Report and Executive Presentation.

• Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of receipt. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Business Consultant are subject to reconfirmation.
• The Business Consultant shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, trade secrets, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
• The total project duration is estimated at sixteen (16) weeks from the date of contract execution, plus three (3) months of post-engagement support.

• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
