5. Payment Terms and Schedule
- Advance Payment (40%): USD $25,394.40 (TZS 66,030,240) due within 7 business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to commencement of the Business Consultant engagement in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Milestone Payment (35%): USD $22,220.10 (TZS 57,776,460) payable upon delivery and client approval of the Strategic Business Plan and Operational Process Optimization deliverables.
- Final Payment (25%): USD $15,871.50 (TZS 41,268,900) payable upon completion of the Post-Implementation Review and handover of all final documentation.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the consultancy firm's designated account at a licensed commercial bank in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. The client shall bear any interbank transfer fees.
6. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in the Tanzanian Shilling exchange rate or market conditions in Dar es Salaam.
- The Business Consultant reserves the right to withdraw from this engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice if the advance payment is not received within the stipulated timeframe.
- All intellectual property, reports, strategic plans, and deliverables produced by the Business Consultant shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment.
- The Business Consultant shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, trade secrets, and proprietary data encountered during the engagement in Tanzania Dar es Salaam, in accordance with the Tanzania Data Protection Act, 2022.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional fees as mutually agreed.
