This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive professional services to be delivered by our senior Business Consultant team to the client, based in Thailand Bangkok. All payments referenced in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Strategic Advisory Co., Ltd., Siam Commercial Bank, Bangkok Business Park Branch, Account No. 012-3-45678-9-0. Payment schedule is as follows:

30% advance payment (THB 940,530) due within 7 business days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
40% milestone payment (THB 1,254,040) due upon completion of the Strategic Business Plan and Operational Optimization deliverables.
30% final payment (THB 940,530) due upon project closure and delivery of the final Business Consultant report.
Monthly retainer fees (Item 6) are invoiced on the 1st of each month and payable within 15 days.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Business Consultant team are subject to revision.
All services will be performed by qualified Business Consultant professionals with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the Thailand Bangkok market. The lead consultant will be Mr. Somchai Prasert, CMA, with over fifteen years of advisory experience in the Bangkok business environment.
The client agrees to provide reasonable access to premises, personnel, and documentation located in Thailand Bangkok to facilitate the delivery of services.
Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fees at the standard Business Consultant hourly rates stated herein.
Confidentiality: All information exchanged during the engagement is subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, Book V, and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
Intellectual property of all reports, strategies, and deliverables produced by the Business Consultant team shall transfer to the client upon full payment of the total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government decrees, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Thailand Bangkok.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved by the Bangkok Arbitration Institute (BAI).
Taxes: All amounts are exclusive of 7% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Thai Revenue Department. Withholding tax of 3% on professional service fees shall be deducted by the client and remitted to the Revenue Department within the prescribed period.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Business Consultant services to be delivered in Thailand Bangkok. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding agreement between the parties.
