Terms and Conditions
1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the validity period, a revised estimate reflecting any changes in the Business Consultant team's availability or market conditions in United Kingdom Manchester may be issued.
2. All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are subject to United Kingdom Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate of 20%, unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice, in accordance with the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
3. A minimum deposit of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate value is required to secure the Business Consultant engagement and commence the initial diagnostic phase. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly instalments aligned with project milestones.
4. The Business Consultant shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance in excess of £5,000,000 and comply with all data protection obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
5. Any additional services requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written agreement and supplementary estimate. All work is to be conducted primarily at the client's premises in Manchester, United Kingdom, with reasonable travel to other UK locations as mutually agreed.
6. This engagement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
7. Confidentiality: All information exchanged between the parties during the course of the Business Consultant engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, in accordance with the terms of the mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement to be executed prior to commencement.
Acceptance and Authorisation
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorises Strategic Advisory Partners Ltd to commence the Business Consultant services as described herein. The engagement will be formally governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) to be executed within five (5) working days of acceptance.
