This Quotation Estimate outlines the following payment milestones. All payments are due in United States Dollars (USD) via wire transfer or certified check to the account designated by Strategic Business Consulting Group, LLC, Houston, Texas. A 1.5% monthly late fee will apply to any outstanding balance exceeding the net-30 payment terms.

Milestone 1 (30%): $27,116.63 – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
Milestone 2 (25%): $22,597.19 – Due upon completion of the Business Strategy Assessment (Week 3).
Milestone 3 (25%): $22,597.19 – Due upon delivery of the Operational Process Optimization report (Week 7).
Milestone 4 (20%): $18,077.74 – Due upon final delivery of the Strategic Roadmap and completion of the 90-day follow-up period.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing by the Business Consultant team.

4.2 Scope Changes: Any modifications to the scope of services beyond what is described in this document will require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional hours or services will be billed at the standard Business Consultant hourly rate of $325.00 per hour, applicable in the Houston, United States market.

4.3 Confidentiality: The Business Consultant and all supporting staff agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and financial data of the client. This obligation survives the termination of this engagement for a period of five (5) years.

4.4 Travel and Expenses: All travel within the Houston metropolitan area (including Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, and Brazoria counties) is included in the quoted fees. Travel beyond a 50-mile radius of downtown Houston will be billed at actual cost, not to exceed $0.75 per mile, plus applicable lodging at a maximum of $220 per night.

4.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, all fees for work completed through the termination date, plus a 10% cancellation fee on the remaining balance, shall be due.

4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

4.7 Insurance: Strategic Business Consulting Group, LLC maintains professional liability insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence and general liability insurance of $1,000,000, as required for Business Consultant operations in the State of Texas.

This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide timely access to all relevant personnel, records, systems, and facilities located in Houston, Texas. The estimate does not include the cost of third-party software licenses, legal representation, accounting firm engagement, or any capital expenditure. All deliverables will be provided in English and in digital PDF format unless otherwise specified in writing.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Strategic Business Consulting Group, LLC to commence the Business Consultant engagement as described herein. The client confirms that all terms, conditions, rates, and timelines presented in this document are understood and accepted. This signature constitutes a binding agreement for the services rendered in Houston, United States.
