This Quotation Estimate for Business Consultant services shall be paid according to the following milestone-based schedule. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with New York State commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal and does not constitute a contract until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement.
• All Business Consultant services shall be performed by qualified professionals licensed to operate in the United States New York City jurisdiction. The Business Consultant of record shall be Mr. Jonathan A. Whitfield, CMC, PMP.
• The client agrees to provide reasonable access to facilities, personnel, and documentation necessary for the Business Consultant to perform the outlined services within the United States New York City area.
• Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional fees will be assessed at the Business Consultant's standard hourly rate of $450 per hour.
• All deliverables, reports, and strategic documents produced by the Business Consultant shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
• Strategic Vision Consulting Group shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence, as required for Business Consultant engagements in the United States New York City.
• Confidentiality: The Business Consultant agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business data disclosed during the engagement, in compliance with New York State confidentiality statutes.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In such case, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
