- All intellectual property generated as part of the consulting engagement shall belong to the client upon full payment, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
- Confidentiality obligations apply to all information exchanged during the engagement, in accordance with Venezuelan data protection regulations.
- Any scope changes beyond the services listed in this Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment signed by both parties, with corresponding fee adjustments.
