• Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue. Late payments shall attract interest at 2% per month as per Zimbabwean commercial practice.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the Business Consultant are subject to reconfirmation.
• All work products, reports, and strategic documents produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
