The Carpenter team will commence work on the agreed start date following receipt of the initial payment. The estimated duration for all tasks listed in this Quotation Estimate is 22 working days, subject to site access and material availability within Algeria Algiers. A detailed weekly schedule will be provided upon contract signing. Any delays caused by force majeure, client-requested changes, or municipal permit issues in Algiers will be communicated in writing and may adjust the completion date accordingly.
4.1 – 40% advance payment (DZD 579,006) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service contract.
4.2 – 40% interim payment (DZD 579,006) due upon completion of 50% of the Carpenter work, as verified by a joint site inspection.
4.3 – 20% final payment (DZD 289,504) due upon full completion, final inspection, and handover of all keys and warranties.
4.4 – All payments shall be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to the account of Atelier Benali Woodworks, Bank of Algeria, Algiers branch.
5.1 – This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in raw material costs in the Algiers market.
5.2 – All materials used by the Carpenter will be of certified quality, sourced from approved suppliers within Algeria. Timber will be treated for insect resistance in accordance with Algerian forestry standards.
5.3 – A warranty of 24 months is provided on all workmanship and structural elements. Hardware and fittings carry the manufacturer's standard warranty.
5.4 – The client agrees to provide safe access to the property in Algiers, including electricity and water where required, during the execution period.
5.5 – Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment signed by both parties before commencement.
5.6 – This document constitutes a binding Quotation Estimate only upon written acceptance by the client and countersignature by the Carpenter's authorized representative.
5.7 – Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution, matters shall be referred to the competent commercial court in Algiers, Algeria.
