This Quotation Estimate document is issued by Maestros de la Madera S.R.L., a licensed and insured Carpenter workshop operating in Argentina Buenos Aires, to provide the Client with a comprehensive, itemized breakdown of all costs associated with the carpentry and woodwork services described herein. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal commercial proposal and does not represent a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section at the end of this document. All pricing reflects current market conditions in the Argentina Buenos Aires region as of the date of issue and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
The following Carpenter work has been assessed on-site at the Client’s property located in Argentina Buenos Aires. The scope encompasses custom furniture fabrication, structural woodwork, interior finishing, and related carpentry tasks. All materials and labor are included unless otherwise noted.

All timber species referenced in this Quotation Estimate are sourced from certified suppliers in the Argentina Buenos Aires region and comply with Argentine forestry regulations (SENASA). The Carpenter team guarantees that all wood is kiln-dried to a maximum moisture content of 12% to prevent warping and cracking in the local climate. Finishes are water-based, low-VOC products suitable for indoor residential use. Hardware is sourced from approved Argentine and international manufacturers with a minimum 5-year warranty.
Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and receipt of the initial 40% advance payment, the Carpenter project will commence within 5 business days. The estimated total duration for all items listed above is 22 working days, subject to weather conditions for exterior work and material availability. A detailed weekly schedule will be provided to the Client upon project kickoff. All work will be performed at the Client’s premises in Argentina Buenos Aires between 08:00 and 18:00 hours, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: 40% advance payment upon signing; 35% upon completion of fabrication and delivery of all custom pieces to the Argentina Buenos Aires site; and 25% upon final inspection and sign-off by the Client. Payments may be made via bank transfer (Cuenta Corriente, CBU: 0000003100000000000001), certified check, or approved credit card (with a 3% surcharge). All amounts are denominated in Argentine Pesos (ARS) unless a USD equivalent is mutually agreed upon in writing, given the currency volatility in Argentina Buenos Aires.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, labor rates, or exchange rates applicable in Argentina Buenos Aires.
- The Carpenter provider (Maestros de la Madera S.R.L.) carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage (Seguro de Caución y Responsabilidad Civil) as required by Argentine law for construction and renovation work.
- All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in materials and labor. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear, or unauthorized modifications.
- The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from the local municipal authority (Comuna) in Argentina Buenos Aires for structural modifications. The Carpenter team will provide technical documentation to support such applications.
- Any changes to the scope of work after this Quotation Estimate has been accepted must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties. Additional costs will be quoted separately before work proceeds.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of Argentina Buenos Aires, CABA.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work. The Client shall coordinate with respective trades as needed.
- All waste generated during the Carpenter work will be removed and disposed of in compliance with Argentina Buenos Aires environmental regulations (Ley 24.051).
