- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after the expiry date due to material cost fluctuations in the Australian market.
- A deposit of 30% ($11,162.58 incl. GST) is required to secure the booking and commence material procurement. The balance of 70% is due upon completion and final sign-off by the client.
- All work will be performed in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC) and Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) regulations applicable to Australia Brisbane.
- The Carpenter and all tradespeople engaged will hold valid public liability insurance of no less than $20,000,000 and workers' compensation coverage as required under Queensland law.
- Estimated project duration is six (6) to eight (8) working weeks from the date of commencement, subject to weather conditions and material availability. A detailed schedule will be provided upon acceptance.
- All timber and joinery materials are sourced from certified Australian suppliers. Species and grades will be confirmed in writing prior to fabrication.
- A twelve-month workmanship warranty is provided on all carpentry and joinery works. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, structural movement, or unauthorised modifications.
- Any variations or additional works requested by the client beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately in writing before commencement.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary council approvals or strata body consents prior to the commencement of works in Australia Brisbane.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer, EFTPOS, or cheque. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements.
