3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision due to fluctuations in timber material costs and Carpenter labour rates in Australia Melbourne.
Payment Schedule: A deposit of 30% ($9,024.84) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. A further 40% ($12,033.12) is due upon completion of 60% of the Carpenter work. The remaining 30% ($9,024.84) is due upon final handover and client sign-off.
