Payment Schedule
This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure a transparent and fair financial arrangement for both parties:
- Deposit (30%): $10,386.75 – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of works.
- Progress Payment 1 (30%): $10,386.75 – Due upon completion of structural carpentry and deck restoration (approximately Week 2).
- Progress Payment 2 (30%): $10,386.75 – Due upon completion of all joinery, cabinetry, and door installations (approximately Week 4).
- Final Balance (10%): $3,462.25 – Due upon final inspection, sign-off, and handover of the completed project.
Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the Australia Sydney market.
- All works will be performed by our in-house team of qualified and insured Carpenter professionals. We hold a minimum of $20,000,000 in public liability insurance and $5,000,000 in professional indemnity insurance.
