This Quotation Estimate is issued by Montreal Artisan Carpenter Co. to provide a comprehensive breakdown of professional Carpenter services to be performed at the client's residential property located in Canada Montreal. Our licensed Carpenter team will execute all woodwork, structural carpentry, and finishing tasks as detailed below. 3.1 Payment Schedule: A deposit of 30% ($6,056.89) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Carpenter crew's schedule. A second payment of 40% ($8,075.85) is due upon completion of all structural and millwork tasks. The final balance of 30% ($6,056.89) is due upon project completion and final walkthrough inspection.
3.2 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, material costs and Carpenter labour rates may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Canada Montreal construction sector.
3.3 Warranty: Montreal Artisan Carpenter Co. provides a two-year workmanship warranty on all Carpenter services listed in this estimate. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear, damage caused by the client or third parties, or structural issues pre-existing the project.
3.4 Insurance & Licensing: The Carpenter team operating under this Quotation Estimate is fully insured with a minimum of $5,000,000 in commercial general liability and is registered with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ). All workers are covered under the applicable Canada Montreal occupational health and safety regulations.
3.5 Schedule & Delays: The estimated project duration is approximately four (4) weeks. Delays caused by weather, material supply shortages, or client-requested changes will be communicated in writing and may result in a revised completion date. The Carpenter crew will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday work available by prior arrangement.
