- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted due to fluctuations in raw material costs in the Chile Santiago market.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fabrication in our workshop, and 20% upon final installation and client sign-off at the property in Chile Santiago.
- The estimated project duration is twenty (20) business days from the date of the advance payment, subject to weather conditions and material availability. The Carpenter team will provide a detailed weekly progress report.
- All work performed by our Carpenter professionals is covered by a twelve (12) month workmanship warranty. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and are passed through to the client.
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work area and for obtaining any necessary permits from the Municipalidad de Ñuñoa, Chile Santiago, if structural modifications are required.
- All prices are quoted in Chilean Pesos (CLP) and include the 19% IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado) as mandated by Chilean tax law (Ley 19.420).
- Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after the Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the advance payment has been received. The Carpenter workshop reserves the right to decline projects that exceed its current capacity.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Chile Santiago, Región Metropolitana, in accordance with the Chilean Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Law (Ley 19.496).
