This Quotation Estimate is issued by Beijing Precision Carpentry & Woodwork Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for all Carpenter services required for the office interior fit-out project located in China Beijing. The Carpenter team will be responsible for the design, fabrication, and on-site installation of all custom woodwork elements, including but not limited to: reception desk construction, executive office cabinetry, conference room paneling, built-in shelving units, door frames and casings, ceiling trim and moulding, and storage closet interiors. All Carpenter work shall comply with the National Standard of the People's Republic of China (GB/T 3324-2017) for wooden furniture and the local building codes applicable in China Beijing.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for a revised Quotation Estimate after the expiry date will be subject to re-evaluation of material and Carpenter labour costs in China Beijing.
All Carpenter work shall be performed by qualified and insured Carpenter personnel employed by Beijing Precision Carpentry & Woodwork Co., Ltd. The Master Carpenter shall be present on-site for a minimum of four hours per working day to supervise quality and safety.
The client shall provide safe access to the work area in China Beijing, including electricity, water, and adequate ventilation. Any delays caused by the client's failure to provide site access will extend the project timeline on a day-for-day basis.
All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be sourced from approved suppliers within the People's Republic of China. Substitutions of equivalent or superior grade materials may be made with prior written consent from the client.
A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months shall apply to all Carpenter workmanship from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but excludes damage caused by misuse, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
Any changes to the scope of work after this Quotation Estimate has been accepted shall be documented in a formal Change Order, signed by both parties, with an adjusted cost and timeline.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration under the Beijing Arbitration Commission in accordance with its rules of procedure.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the company's designated account in China Beijing.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Carpenter services to be performed in China Beijing. The undersigned authorizes Beijing Precision Carpentry & Woodwork Co., Ltd. to commence work upon receipt of the advance payment as outlined in the Payment Schedule above.
