1. Scope of Work – Carpenter Services in China Guangzhou

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Guangzhou Precision Carpentry Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs associated with professional Carpenter services for the residential project located in China Guangzhou. Our team of licensed and experienced carpenters will execute all woodwork, joinery, and custom furniture installation tasks as detailed below. All work will comply with the local building regulations of Guangzhou Municipality and the national standards of the People's Republic of China for interior construction and woodwork finishing.

The Carpenter crew assigned to this project will consist of one senior master carpenter, two skilled assistant carpenters, and one finishing specialist. The estimated duration for full completion of all carpentry tasks is twenty (20) working days, commencing from the date of contract signing and site access approval.

3. Materials and Specifications

All timber and wood products used in this Quotation Estimate shall be sourced from certified suppliers within the Guangzhou region to ensure compliance with China's environmental and forestry regulations. Primary materials include FSC-certified solid oak, walnut, and water-resistant MDF. All finishes, adhesives, and hardware will meet the GB/T national standards for interior woodwork. The Carpenter team guarantees that no untreated or non-compliant timber will be used on-site in China Guangzhou.

4. Payment Terms

30% Advance Payment: Due upon signing of the service agreement and confirmation of this Quotation Estimate (CNY 33,991.70).
40% Progress Payment: Due upon completion of all structural carpentry and cabinetry installation (CNY 45,335.60).
30% Final Payment: Due upon final inspection, client sign-off, and handover of all documentation (CNY 34,001.70).
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Guangzhou Precision Carpentry Co., Ltd. No cash payments will be accepted.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the Guangzhou market.
The Carpenter services described herein are subject to site conditions. Any significant deviation from the assessed site conditions may result in a supplementary quotation.
All work performed in China Guangzhou shall be covered by a twelve-month workmanship warranty from the date of final acceptance. Material defects are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty.
The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and building management approvals for the carpentry work within the residential complex in Guangzhou.
Working hours for the Carpenter crew shall be Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00, in accordance with local labor regulations in Guangdong Province.
Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing prior to execution and will be billed as a separate line item.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed the formal Service Agreement.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Carpenter services in China Guangzhou and agrees to the terms, pricing, and conditions outlined in this document. The service provider confirms that all quoted prices are inclusive of labor, materials, equipment, and applicable taxes as stated.
