5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted due to fluctuations in raw material costs in the Colombia Medellín market.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing; 35% upon completion of Phase 2; 25% upon final delivery and client sign-off. All payments to be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the commercial contract.
- Warranty: The Carpenter service includes a twelve (12) month warranty on all workmanship and structural integrity. Material defects are covered under the manufacturer's warranty terms.
- Materials: All wood species used (walnut, oak, cedar, mahogany, teak) are sourced from legally harvested, FSC-certified suppliers in the Antioquia and Chocó regions of Colombia. No illegally logged timber will be used under any circumstance.
