Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or labor availability in DR Congo Kinshasa.

2. A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Carpenter team and reserve all necessary materials. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due upon completion and final acceptance of all carpentry work.

3. All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are sourced from certified suppliers in Kinshasa and the surrounding regions of DR Congo. In the event that a specific wood species is unavailable, our lead Carpenter will propose an equivalent alternative of comparable quality and cost, subject to client approval.

4. The project timeline outlined above assumes standard working conditions. Delays caused by adverse weather, power outages, or force majeure events common in DR Congo Kinshasa will be communicated promptly and will not be considered a breach of contract.

5. All carpentry work completed under this Quotation Estimate carries a warranty of twelve (12) months against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, natural wear, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Payment may be made in US Dollars (USD) or Congolese Francs (CDF) at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of payment. Bank transfers to our account at BCC (Banque Commerciale du Congo) in Kinshasa are preferred.

7. Any changes to the scope of work after this Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and a written change order signed by both parties.

8. Our Carpenter team will comply with all applicable labor laws and safety regulations in DR Congo Kinshasa. Clients are requested to provide safe access to the work site and to ensure that all necessary permits for structural modifications have been obtained prior to commencement.
