This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atelier Bois & Artisanat Lyonnais SARL, a registered and insured Carpenter firm operating within the metropolitan area of France Lyon, in response to the written request submitted by Mr. Jean-Pierre Moreau on 28 May 2025. The Carpenter works described in this Quotation Estimate are estimated to require a total of 18 working days, commencing on a date to be mutually agreed upon by both parties, with an anticipated start no earlier than 1 July 2025. The works will be carried out at the client's residence in France Lyon between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, Monday through Friday, in compliance with local noise regulations applicable in the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon. The Carpenter team will provide a daily progress report to the client at the end of each working day.
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a deposit of 30% (EUR 6,400.44 TTC) is due upon signing of the contract; a second instalment of 40% (EUR 8,533.92 TTC) is due upon completion of the floor installation and staircase restoration (approximately day 10); and the final balance of 30% (EUR 6,400.44 TTC) is due upon final acceptance and sign-off of all Carpenter works. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, particularly for solid hardwood sourced from French and European suppliers.
- All Carpenter works are covered by a 10-year structural warranty (garantie décennale) in accordance with French Civil Code Articles 1792 and 2270, as well as a 2-year warranty on materials and workmanship (garantie de parfait achèvement).
- The Carpenter firm holds full professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) with AXA France, Policy No. AXA-2025-784512, with a coverage limit of EUR 5,000,000.
- All materials used in this project will be sourced from certified sustainable forestry operations (PEFC or FSC certified) in compliance with French environmental regulations applicable in the France Lyon metropolitan region.
