This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Atelier Bois & Artisanat du Sud, a licensed and insured Carpenter workshop operating in the heart of France Marseille, to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of all costs associated with the carpentry and woodwork services requested by the client. All timber and wood products specified in this Quotation Estimate are sourced from certified sustainable forestry operations compliant with French and European environmental regulations (PEFC/FSC certified). The Carpenter team at Atelier Bois & Artisanat du Sud guarantees that all hardwoods used in this project will be air-dried to a moisture content not exceeding 12% prior to installation, ensuring long-term dimensional stability in the Mediterranean climate of France Marseille. Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows:
- 30% deposit (EUR 6,723.72) due upon acceptance of this quotation and prior to commencement of works.
- 40% progress payment (EUR 8,964.96) due upon completion of the flooring installation and kitchen island fabrication.
- 30% final balance (EUR 6,723.72) due upon final inspection, sign-off, and handover of the completed project.
All payments shall be made by bank transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or exchange rates applicable in France Marseille.
- The Carpenter service provider shall carry full public liability insurance (minimum EUR 5,000,000) and professional indemnity insurance throughout the duration of the project. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

- In the event of a dispute, the courts of Marseille shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the French Republic.
