This Quotation Estimate is based on the following payment schedule: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this quotation to secure the project start date; 40% progress payment upon completion of the flooring and wardrobe installation phases; and the remaining 30% balance due within 14 days of final acceptance and sign-off. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to our account at Commerzbank Frankfurt (IBAN: DE44 5004 0000 0987 6543 21). We do not accept cash payments for amounts exceeding 500 EUR in accordance with German commercial practice.
Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, particularly for timber and hardware sourced from our suppliers in the Frankfurt am Main region.
- All carpentry work is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance, in accordance with the statutory warranty provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB § 634a ff.).
- Our Carpenter team will comply with all applicable building regulations, fire safety codes, and environmental standards in force in Germany Frankfurt and the state of Hesse.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible to our team between 07:00 and 18:00 on working days (Monday to Friday). Work will not be performed on German public holidays.
- Any additional work requested by the client beyond the scope described in this quotation will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- Materials specified in this estimate are subject to availability. In the event that a specified material is unavailable, our lead Carpenter will propose an equivalent alternative of comparable quality and finish, with any price difference communicated in writing prior to substitution.
- This quotation does not include structural engineering assessments, electrical work, or painting services. These may be arranged separately upon request.
- Disputes arising from this contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the local court (Amtsgericht) in Frankfurt am Main.
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Frankfurt Meister Carpentry & Woodwork GmbH to commence the described Carpenter services at the specified location in Germany Frankfurt. The project start date of 1 July 2025 is contingent upon receipt of the 30% deposit within 5 business days of signature.
