This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure smooth project execution by our Carpenter team:
- 30% Advance Payment (GHS 52,129.50): Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, to secure the Carpenter team and procure premium timber materials from suppliers in Ghana Accra.
- 40% Progress Payment (GHS 69,506.00): Due upon completion of all structural carpentry work (items 1–6) and verified by the client.
- 30% Final Payment (GHS 52,129.50): Due upon full completion, finishing, and final handover of all Carpenter work at the Ghana Accra site.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuations in timber and material costs in the Ghana Accra market.
- All Carpenter work shall be carried out in accordance with Ghana Building and Housing Authority (GBHA) standards and local building codes applicable in Ghana Accra.
- The project timeline is estimated at six (6) weeks from the date of advance payment receipt, subject to weather conditions and material availability in Ghana Accra.
