- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, material and labour rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in India Bangalore.
- A 50% advance payment of ₹ 1,81,425 (INR) is required to initiate the project. The remaining 50% balance of ₹ 1,81,425 (INR) shall be payable upon successful completion and client sign-off of the installation work.
- The estimated project timeline is 25 to 30 working days from the date of advance payment receipt, subject to material availability and site readiness. The Carpenter workshop in Bangalore will maintain a daily progress log and share updates via WhatsApp or email.
- All woodwork will be fabricated at our workshop located in Indiranagar, Bangalore, and transported to the client's site for final installation. The Carpenter team will ensure minimal disruption to the household during the fitting process.
- A warranty of 2 years on workmanship and 1 year on hardware (hinges, sliders, soft-close mechanisms) is provided. This warranty covers defects in the Carpenter's fabrication and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
- Any changes to the approved design, dimensions, or material specifications after the commencement of fabrication will be treated as a variation order and will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate with additional charges as applicable.
- The client is requested to ensure that the site is accessible, clean, and ready for installation on the scheduled date. Delays caused by site unavailability will extend the project timeline accordingly.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Ramesh Woodcraft & Carpentry Services, Bangalore, India. A GST-compliant invoice will be issued upon each payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include electrical wiring, plumbing modifications, or structural alterations. The client shall arrange for separate contractors for such works in coordination with the Carpenter team's schedule.
- In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
