- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in raw material costs in the Indonesia Jakarta market.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of 60% of the Carpenter work, and 30% upon final inspection and handover.
- All materials sourced for this project shall be procured from verified suppliers within Indonesia Jakarta to ensure quality consistency and timely delivery.
- The Carpenter team assigned to this project shall consist of a minimum of six (6) skilled tradesmen supervised by a lead Carpenter with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in residential and commercial woodwork.
- Warranty: All fabricated Carpenter work carries a twelve (12) month warranty against structural defects and workmanship issues. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, or natural wear.

- The service provider shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all personnel and equipment on site throughout the duration of the Carpenter engagement.
