As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Carpenter services in Iran Tehran shall be made in three installments:
- 40% (455,620,000 IRR) – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service contract.
- 40% (455,620,000 IRR) – Due upon completion of 70% of the Carpenter work and intermediate inspection.
- 20% (227,810,000 IRR) – Due upon final completion, client acceptance, and handover of all work in Iran Tehran.
The Carpenter team estimates a total project duration of 45 working days from the date of contract signing. The schedule is subject to weather conditions and material availability within Iran Tehran. A detailed weekly progress report will be provided to the client by the supervising Carpenter every Friday.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in wood material costs in the Iran Tehran market.
- All Carpenter work is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance. The warranty covers workmanship defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, or structural modifications made by third parties.
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work site in Iran Tehran and ensuring that all necessary municipal permits for structural modifications (e.g., staircase installation) have been obtained prior to commencement.
