The estimated duration for completion of all carpentry works outlined in this Quotation Estimate is 18 to 22 working days, commencing on the date of contract signing. The schedule is structured as follows:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to potential fluctuations in raw material costs in the Israeli market.
- All work performed by our Carpenter team is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of final handover, covering workmanship defects and structural integrity of all installed woodwork.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits from the Jerusalem Municipality and the Israel Planning and Construction Authority are in place prior to commencement. Our firm will assist in the filing process at no additional charge beyond the amount specified in Line Item 9.
- Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after the contract is signed will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and written approval before additional work commences.
- Working hours on site in Israel Jerusalem will be Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, in accordance with local labor laws. No work will be performed on Shabbat (Friday evening to Saturday evening) or Israeli public holidays.
- All materials used will be sourced from certified Israeli and European suppliers and will comply with the Israeli Standards Institute (SII) regulations for indoor wood products, ensuring low VOC emissions and formaldehyde compliance.
- In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to security incidents affecting the Jerusalem area, project timelines may be extended by mutual written agreement without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Jerusalem.
