4. Materials & Specifications

5. Project Timeline

Subject to client approval of this Quotation Estimate, the Carpenter team will commence on-site work within five (5) business days of the signed purchase order. A detailed weekly schedule will be provided upon contract execution. Work hours in Israel Tel Aviv shall be Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00, in accordance with local labor regulations.

6. Payment Schedule

7. Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in timber and material costs in the Israel Tel Aviv market.
All work performed by our Carpenter team carries a twelve-month workmanship warranty from the date of final acceptance. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer terms.
The client agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area and to arrange parking or loading-bay permits required by the Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality for material delivery vehicles.
Any changes to the scope of work requested after this Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a revised estimate and written approval before additional work commences.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed the formal work order. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv District Court, Israel.
