The following scope of work has been defined in consultation with the client and reflects the specific requirements of the property situated in the Trastevere district of Italy Rome. The assigned Carpenter will operate in full compliance with all municipal regulations governing construction and renovation works in the historic centre of Rome, including permits issued by the Soprintendenza per i Beni Architettonici e Paesaggistici di Roma.
- Structural Timber Restoration: Assessment and repair of the original 19th-century oak ceiling beams in the main living area (approximately 45 m²), including replacement of three deteriorated joists with matched reclaimed oak sourced from certified suppliers in the Lazio region.
- Custom Built-in Wardrobe: Design, fabrication, and installation of a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe (3.2 m × 2.4 m × 0.65 m) in solid walnut with hand-finished dovetail joinery, to be installed in the principal bedroom.

This Quotation Estimate proposes the following payment milestones, payable by bank transfer to the account details provided in the final contract:
- 30% advance payment (EUR 11,770.56) upon signing of the service agreement and issuance of the building permit.
- 40% progress payment (EUR 15,694.08) upon completion of structural restoration and fabrication of all custom pieces in the workshop.
- 30% final payment (EUR 11,770.56) upon final inspection, client sign-off, and handover of the completed works.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs or labour rates in the Italy Rome market.
- All work will be carried out by a qualified Carpenter holding a valid Artigianato registration with the Camera di Commercio di Roma and full professional liability insurance (RC Professionale) with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000.
- The Carpenter and all associated personnel will comply with Italian occupational health and safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008) and all applicable Rome municipal by-laws regarding noise, working hours, and public thoroughfare use.
- A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months is provided on all workmanship and materials from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but excludes damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.
- Any variations or additional works not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment, signed by both parties, before execution.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved in accordance with Italian law and under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Roma.
- The client acknowledges that works within the historic centre of Italy Rome are subject to inspections by the Soprintendenza, and minor schedule adjustments may be required to accommodate such regulatory visits.
