- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in timber and material costs in the Ivory Coast Abidjan market.
- All Carpenter work shall be executed by qualified and experienced Carpenter artisans employed by Abidjan Carpentry & Woodwork Solutions SARL, holding valid professional certifications recognized in Ivory Coast.
- The project duration is estimated at fourteen (14) working weeks from the date of commencement, subject to weather conditions and site accessibility in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
- All timber and wood materials shall be sourced from certified sustainable suppliers operating within Ivory Coast, in compliance with Ivorian forestry regulations (CITES and national CFAO standards).
- The client shall provide safe and accessible working conditions at the project site in Zone 4, Abidjan, including adequate power supply, water access, and secure storage for materials.
- A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months is provided on all Carpenter workmanship from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers structural defects and workmanship failures but excludes damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing via a supplementary Quotation Estimate amendment signed by both parties before execution.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast).
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Carpenter services in Ivory Coast Abidjan and authorizes Abidjan Carpentry & Woodwork Solutions SARL to proceed with the works as described herein. The advance payment of 30% shall be remitted within five (5) business days of signature to confirm the booking of our Carpenter team and the reservation of materials.
