• Advance Payment (40%): KWD 4,658.640 – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
• Progress Payment (40%): KWD 4,658.640 – Due upon completion of 50% of the carpentry work and client sign-off on interim inspection.
• Final Payment (20%): KWD 2,329.280 – Due upon full completion, final inspection, and handover of all work in Kuwait Kuwait City.
• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Al-Nakheel Carpentry & Woodworks LLC, National Bank of Kuwait, Account No. 0045-8821-3376.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the expiry date due to potential fluctuations in material costs within the Kuwait market.
• All Carpenter workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final handover. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
• The project timeline of approximately twenty-one (21) working days is an estimate. Delays caused by force majeure, client-requested design changes, or delays in material supply beyond our control will extend the completion date proportionally.
• The client agrees to provide safe access to the work area in Kuwait Kuwait City and to ensure that all necessary permits and approvals from the Kuwait Municipality are in place prior to commencement of work.
• Any additional work or design modifications requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at our standard Carpenter labor rate of KWD 45.000 per hour.
• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disputes, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait City, and the laws of the State of Kuwait shall govern this agreement.
• Al-Nakheel Carpentry & Woodworks LLC reserves the right to substitute materials of equivalent or superior quality if the specified material is unavailable, provided prior written consent is obtained from the client.
