- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or prevailing market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- All Carpenter work shall be carried out in accordance with the Malaysian Building and Construction Authority (CIDB) guidelines and the local by-laws of the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL). The contractor holds a valid CIDB Grade G1 registration for carpentry and joinery works.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 70% of the work, and 20% upon final handover and client sign-off. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account.
- The estimated project duration of twenty-two (22) working days assumes standard working hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday) and is subject to weather conditions, material availability, and any unforeseen structural issues discovered during the Carpenter work.
- All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are of Malaysian or certified imported quality. The Carpenter team shall provide material sample boards for client approval prior to fabrication.
- A warranty of twelve (12) months is provided on all carpentry workmanship. This warranty covers structural integrity, joint stability, and hardware functionality but does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, or natural wear and tear.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals from the building management committee of The Troika Residence prior to the commencement of any Carpenter work. The contractor shall provide all required documentation to facilitate this process.
- Any variations or additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by the client before execution.
- This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the project located in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur and is non-transferable to any other party or location without prior written consent from KL Master Carpenter Sdn. Bhd.
- In the event of any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. Should resolution not be possible, the dispute shall be referred to the Small Claims Court in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
