3. Project Timeline

4. Payment Terms

  • All Carpenter workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
  • The Carpenter contractor shall maintain full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage (IMSS and private) for all personnel working on-site in Mexico Mexico City throughout the project duration.
