- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in raw wood material costs in the Nepal Kathmandu market.
- All carpentry work will be executed by our in-house team of certified Carpenter artisans. No subcontracting will be performed without prior written consent from the client.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 70% of the work, and the remaining 20% upon final inspection and handover.
- The estimated project duration is twenty-five (25) working days from the date of advance payment receipt, subject to weather conditions and material availability in the Nepal Kathmandu supply chain.
- All wood materials sourced will be certified and legally harvested. Our Carpenter team complies with the Forest and Nature Conservation Act of Nepal and all local Kathmandu Metropolitan City building regulations.
- A warranty of two (2) years is provided on all carpentry workmanship. Material defects will be addressed within thirty (30) days of reporting.
- Any additional work or changes requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed separately at the prevailing Carpenter labor and material rates in Nepal Kathmandu.
- The client is responsible for providing uninterrupted access to the work site at Boudha, Kathmandu, and for clearing any structural obstructions prior to the commencement of carpentry work.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably, and if necessary, through the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
