This Quotation Estimate is issued by Amsterdam Timber & Craft BV, a licensed and insured Carpenter operating within the municipality of Amsterdam, Netherlands. - 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Carpenter rates and material costs listed herein may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Netherlands Amsterdam timber supply chain.
- 2. All prices quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in Euros (EUR) and include the standard 21% Dutch BTW (VAT) as applicable to Carpenter services in the Netherlands.
- 3. The Carpenter project is estimated to require a working period of approximately twelve (12) business days, subject to weather conditions and material availability. Work will commence within five (5) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 4. Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the primary Carpenter installation work, and the remaining 20% upon final sign-off and handover at the Netherlands Amsterdam project site.
- 5. All Carpenter workmanship is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of completion, in accordance with Dutch consumer protection law (Wet van Aardbevingsschade and general contract law).
- 6. The Carpenter team will operate between 07:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. No work will be performed on Dutch public holidays or Sundays without prior written agreement.
- 7. Any additional work requested by the client beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate from the Carpenter contractor.
- 8. The client is responsible for ensuring that the property at the Netherlands Amsterdam address is accessible and that any necessary permits from the Gemeente Amsterdam (Municipality of Amsterdam) have been obtained prior to the commencement of Carpenter work.
- 9. All timber materials used by the Carpenter will be sourced from FSC-certified suppliers within the Netherlands or the European Union, ensuring compliance with Dutch environmental regulations.
- 10. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. The Carpenter contractor reserves the right to decline work if the property condition differs materially from the on-site assessment.
