This Quotation Estimate assumes that the property at 27 Waiata Street, Remuera, is in generally sound structural condition aside from the specific modifications outlined above. Our Carpenter team will conduct a final pre-commencement inspection to confirm access, power availability, and any hidden defects. Should additional structural work be identified during demolition, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for your written approval before any further work proceeds. All timber products used in this project will be sourced from New Zealand mills and will carry appropriate FSC or PEFC certification where available, in keeping with the environmental values of the New Zealand Auckland community.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate is structured as follows: 30% deposit (NZD 18,333.30) due upon signing and acceptance; 40% progress payment (NZD 24,444.40) due upon completion of structural work and cabinetry installation; and the remaining 30% balance (NZD 18,333.30) due upon final completion, handover, and client sign-off. All payments are to be made by bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice. Greenwood Carpentry & Joinery Ltd is registered for GST in New Zealand, and all amounts quoted include the current 15% Goods and Services Tax rate.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, material and labour costs may be revised to reflect current market conditions in New Zealand Auckland.
All work will be performed by a qualified and licensed Carpenter in accordance with the New Zealand Building Code (NZBC), the Building Act 2004, and Auckland Council bylaws.
A minimum 12-month workmanship warranty is provided on all carpentry and joinery work completed under this Quotation Estimate.
The client is responsible for obtaining any required resource consents or building permits from Auckland Council prior to commencement of structural modifications.
Work will be carried out Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays. Any work required outside these hours will be quoted separately.
Greenwood Carpentry & Joinery Ltd carries full public liability insurance (NZD 20 million) and workers' compensation insurance as required by New Zealand law.
Any variations to the scope of work must be agreed in writing and will be documented as a variation to this Quotation Estimate.
Disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in accordance with the Disputes Tribunal Act 1945 or the New Zealand courts, with jurisdiction in Auckland.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in full, including all terms, conditions, and the scope of work described herein. The Carpenter services outlined will commence on the agreed start date of 1 July 2025, subject to receipt of the deposit and confirmation of Auckland Council building consent.
