This Quotation Estimate for the Carpenter project in Nigeria Abuja is subject to the following payment structure:
- 40% Advance Payment (NGN 6,212,855.00): Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement. This covers initial material procurement and mobilisation of the Carpenter crew to the Asokoro site.
- 35% Progress Payment (NGN 5,436,248.13): Payable upon completion of all structural woodwork, door installations, and flooring (approximately Week 4 of the project timeline).
- 20% Completion Payment (NGN 3,106,427.50): Payable upon full completion of all Carpenter works, including finishing, varnishing, and site cleanup.
- 5% Retention (NGN 776,606.88): Released 30 days after final handover, subject to a joint inspection confirming all work meets the agreed specifications.

- The client is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted access to the property in Asokoro, Abuja, during working hours (07:00 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday).
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
