Scope of Work and Carpenter Expertise

Adewale & Sons Carpentry Works Ltd. is a fully registered and insured Carpenter firm operating across Nigeria Lagos with over 18 years of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial woodwork. Our team of 14 skilled Carpenters, joiners, and finishers will be deployed to your site for an estimated project duration of 6 to 8 weeks from the date of contract execution. All wood materials sourced will be certified, kiln-dried, and treated against termites and wood-boring insects in compliance with Nigerian Building and Road Works Corporation (NABRDC) standards. The Carpenter team will provide weekly progress reports and a dedicated project supervisor will be available on-site during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in raw material costs within the Nigeria Lagos market.
A minimum advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total is required to mobilize the Carpenter team and procure materials. The remaining balance shall be due upon satisfactory completion and handover.
All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the company account: Adewale & Sons Carpentry Works Ltd., Zenith Bank, Account No. 1012-4587-3321.
The project timeline of 6–8 weeks is contingent upon timely approval of design mock-ups by the client and uninterrupted access to the work site in Nigeria Lagos.
A comprehensive 12-month workmanship warranty is included on all Carpenter-crafted items. This warranty covers structural integrity, joint stability, and finish quality but excludes damage caused by negligence, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
Any additional work or design changes requested by the client beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
The Carpenter team shall comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations as enforced by the Lagos State Government and the Federal Ministry of Works.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the Acceptance section below.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004), with the seat of arbitration in Nigeria Lagos.
