Our Carpenter team will commence work within five (5) working days of receiving the advance payment. The estimated project duration is twenty-five (25) working days, subject to weather conditions and material availability in the Islamabad market. All raw materials, including teak, sheesham, engineered wood, hardware, adhesives, and finishing agents, will be sourced from verified suppliers in the Islamabad and Rawalpindi trade markets. Each Carpenter assigned to this project will be a skilled artisan with a minimum of eight years of experience in residential woodwork. The lead Carpenter, Master Karim Bakhsh, will oversee all critical joinery, carving, and finishing stages to ensure consistency and quality throughout the project.
Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuations in raw material costs in the Pakistan Islamabad market.
- Payment schedule: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of structural carpentry (wardrobes, kitchen, flooring), and 25% upon final handover and client sign-off.
- All work is covered by a twelve (12) month workmanship warranty from the date of completion. Material defects will be addressed under the respective manufacturer's warranty.
- Any additional work beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately and requires written approval from the client before execution.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the site in G-13/2, Islamabad, is accessible to our Carpenter team and that all necessary building society NOCs are in place prior to commencement.
- Disputes, if any, shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure, the matter shall be referred to the Islamabad District Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of Pakistan.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include electrical wiring, plumbing modifications, or structural alterations to the building. These are to be handled by separate licensed contractors.
